The Yuva Ekta Foundation team is a small ensemble of dedicated dynamic people who come from very diverse backgrounds. The common binding thread is that of belief- we believe that we CAN make a change and we strive to do exactly that!
Puneeta has been working on self empowerment and healing with young people from marginalized as well as privileged backgrounds for over a decade, using Theatre and the Arts. A keen documentary film maker, she envisages the Foundation as a catalyst inspiring young people become agents of social change, and dreams of setting up a Global Youth Citizenship Network.

Bhanu is an MBA graduate who first worked with us at ‘The Young Visionary Festival-2007’ as a volunteer, and quit her job as a financial consultant to work with us full time in 2012. She has been involved with the ‘Threads of Humanity’ program intensely and has been facilitating workshops and handling administrative operations for about five years now.

Rijul Kataria is a Sociology Post-Graduate from JNU who has been associated with the foundation since 2007.With active interest in Theater, Debating and Research, Rijul had recently started working full time with the foundation as Research Coordinator.
