The evening saw the artistic imagination of Attar’s words come alive through the artwork of contemporary and tribal artists in India. It was a celebration of the journey undertaken by the birds on route to finding themselves. Using the poem and the framework of 7 valleys, the Art Gallery was divided into seven different spaces, each highlighting a valley and the corresponding artwork.

The exhibition came alive when our dancers guided our guests through each space and interacted with the paintings, making the exhibition both musical, and lively. Kudos to the team of dancers who performed for the first time publicly, the collaborative piece prepared as part of the Valley of Unity a few months ago.
